The 12th annual Heartland Hoops Classic is set for February 9, 2019 at Grand Island’s Heartland Events Center. The event includes eight exciting high school basketball match-ups.  And the headliner game, set for 7:30 p.m., will feature two nationally ranked teams, Wasatch Academy from Mt. Pleasant, Utah  and Sunrise Christian Academy out of Wichita, Kansas.  Sunrise is returning for its third visit to the Classic. Basketball teams, ranging from Class A to Class D, square off at the Heartland Events Center’s Eihusen Arena for a full day of exciting competitive hoops action.  No video cameras allowed.

The event is made possible by Tom Dinsdale Automotive, West Faidley Medical Center and Pro Team Design, Inc.
